About Mountain Dragon Mazery
Our apiary by the Monongahela River
We are a small craft style mazery, making delicous meads, melomels, and methyglyns in traditional glassware. Our mazery is in Fairmont, WV, and our apiary is between Fairmont and Morgantown along the Monongahela. We use our own honey and that of other WV beekeepers. All of our honey is from the Mountain State.
Honey Hoist and Wall of Implements
Our micro-factory combines mechanical advantage for ease and speed of production with traditional glassware and small batches to protect quality. We use elevator tables and mechanical dumbwaiters so that we never have to lift a full carboy, and a beam hoist to pour our honey.
